Is there a registration fee involved to register as an employer on Jobstopia.com? |

No! There is no fee to register on Jobstopia.com however there is a cost to place and advert or view Jobstopia candidate CV's. Jobstopia is focused on being very affordable for ALL employers alike. Please visit the "Jobstopia Plan" menu link or

What payment methods does the Jobstopia.com accept? |

Jobstopia takes account security very seriously and uses 1024 bit encryption in all transactions in addition to channeling payments through the highly secure Worldpay payment gateway. We accept most Credit and Debit Card payments,bank transfers, cheques (by arrangment),and for frequent customers we offer a montly account service |

I forgot my Jobstopia password. How can I retrieve it? |

You can retrieve your password at any time by vising the "Forgotten your Password" link on the main menu.
You will need to provide the valid email address you used during the registration process and this is where your password reminder will be sent.

I lost my activation key email by accident and cannot sign into my new account! What should I do now? |

You can recover your activation key quite easily.
You will nneed to provide the valid email address you used during the registration process and this is where your new actication key will be sent.

What if I have a problem while registering on Jobstopia or while posting a job advert or making a payment? |

Jobstopia.com is unique in that we have a live helpdesk on the site with skilled staff ready to assist you with your question or problem immediately. Please visit the "Jobstopia Helpdesk" link in the main menu and click to submit an employers support ticket. We will then answer normally within the next few minutes during working hours and you will need to check your email inbox for support ticket update notifications |

I would like to receive daily/weekly emails with new CV's on Jobstopia that match the jobs adverts I have posted or with the skills that I am looking for? |

You can subscribe to the Jobstopia Jobmail service and we will send you daily or weekly (as required) emails outlining new CV's on the site that meet your criteria
You can unsubscribe from this service at anytime by going to the same Jobstopia Jobmail Section in the main menu and selecting to unsubscribe.

I would like to alter my profile details, can I do this? |

You can change your account profile details at any time using the "Modify Profile" link on the main menu.
After making the required changes just click the Save Button to update your profile on the system.
